Returns and Exchanges

You can return or exchange your purchased items within 14 days:

1. Fill in the form to send your request.
2. Within a few hours you will receive the outcome of your request together with instructions for your return/exchange.

In case your request is accepted:

- As for the exchange, we will ship you the new item, if available.

- As for the return, you will receive a refund, excluding shipping costs, on the same payment account you used to make the purchase. If the payment was made by bank transfer, our Customer Service will contact you for information on how to arrange the refund.
